With this project, scheduled to break ground in January 2023, the development team looks to preserve the existing historic designated warehouse while adding to the larger parcel. The project calls for condominiums and retail or office within a mixed use building with 56,000 sf of total construction, including 40 apartment units and 14,000 sf of commercial space.
