Cristian Dufflocq - Managing Partner
Cristian moved to Missoula, Montana with his family back in 2008. With experience in development of real estate and tourism projects in Chile. He is founding partner of “Estancia de los Rios”, a fly fishing lodge in Chilean Patagonia. Currently he is also CEO of Stillwater Mining Chile, a chilean consulting company. Cristian holds an industrial engineering degree from the University of Chile.
Carlos Soublette - Partner
Carlos has 25 years of experience in international management and finance. He is currently general manager at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. Carlos holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Business from Universidad Católica de Chile.

Cristian has 25+ years of experience in real estate development in Chile. He is currently executive director of Re 360, a Chilean real estate development company. Cristian holds a degree in business from the University of Santiago.
Frank Scariano- Partner
Frank started his career in California, working in financial services, then moved to Missoula in 1993, finding the town a great environment to raise a family and an ideal place to start his construction business. He built Scariano Construction from the ground up, beginning in 1994. The company is known for high-quality work and excellent client relationships.
He enjoys giving back to the community through service to the YMCA, Run Wild Missoula, the Missoula Food Bank, and Hellgate High School Cross Country. He is also Chair of the Foundation for the Missoula Public Library, and a member of the Snowbowl Ski Patrol.
